Role Summary:
BNP seeks an experienced Scrum Master to join its "Customer Servicing and Efficiency" tribe. This role involves overseeing agile processes to support the bank's remote contact strategies, automate critical functions, and enhance fraud prevention measures. The Scrum Master will ensure the squad’s efficient functioning within the Agile framework, coaching the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing barriers that hinder team progress. The role will primarily focus on delivering Chatbot features and coordinating with business stakeholders for optimal delivery.
In addition to managing the project’s agile methodology, this Scrum Master will liaise with stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project status and objectives. The role requires a proactive communicator who embodies the Agile values of empathy, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, creating an environment conducive to trust and open feedback. Strong expertise in project and agile methodologies, alongside familiarity with automated testing and integration tools, will be essential for success.
