h. CobiT and IT Governance - The Essentials

CobiT (v4.1) is a key best-practice framework for implementing IT Governance. It is therefore essential to understand the structure of the CobiT framework and all its components, before starting any initiatives to launch IT Governance in your organisation.

What does IT Governance really mean and how can IT Governance help to make IT more reachable for the business and which frameworks help to implementing this? All such questions will be addressed in this training.

Description

This training is an important starting point for each person involved in launching IT Governance or involved in a program to optimize the structure of IT processes and to define and implement control objectives in these processes.
