Context

We at ADJUGO want to share our extensive experience and expertise in IT management to support our customers in improving IT Governance (including Green-IT), IT Processes and IT Projects. We do this by providing senior level consultancy, assessment and risk management services, complemented by awareness, training and coaching.
Your Mission
We are currently looking for TWO Senior Program / Project Managers.
We are receiving many requests for Program or Project Managers for many different types of companies. In order to respond positively to these requests, we are looking for experienced Project and Program Managers. In this role, you will show senior leadership, professionalism, expertise and pragmatism when managing our clients' projects and programs. Key characteristics include People Management and effective Change/Transformation Management.
Your Profile
For this position we are targetting very senior profiles who have a demonstratable practical experience in managing large projects or programs.
Required skills include:
• You have a University degree and have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in IT,
• You have project and/or program management experience of at least 6 years,
• You have a proven track record in project and/or program management at multiple large and medium sized organizations,
• You have experience in transformation or change management projects,
• You are fluent in English, French or Dutch,
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills,
• You are a People Manager,
• Certification(s) in project management methodologies like PMBOK or Prince2 is a strong asset.
