Software Development projects often have problems meeting deadlines and budgets. As management, it is often very hard to know the exact status of the project, as nobody likes to announce problems. However, the sooner you know about problems, the better you can react.
ADJUGO can help you get a clear insight in the status of the project, the risks and useful improvements. An early assessment can prevent a crisis later. Also, our recommendations will contribute to improve practices and to increase your maturity in Project Management.
We will perform the assessment based on the CMMi model and best practices in Prince 2 and PMBoK. However, we will not only check the process, we will also try to get a handle on the real status of the project and perform a sanity check of the project plan.
The assessment is like a health check of the project:
- The project can be healthy and can still benefit from some health recommendations
- there can be a light fever; our recommendations will contribute to improving the situation; a future reassessment can be wise
- the project can look healthy at the outside, but a disease is developing and we may detect the early signs of it
Our assessment report will provide you with a description of the status of the project, with a description of the risks and with recommendations for better practices.
