A Consultancy Pack intends to give you a clear view on certain processes or projects within your organization, for a fixed price and in a very short timeframe. Consultancy Packs result in a report with a precise vision on qualitative and quantitative aspects of the analyzed processes or projects and give a series of recommendations aimed at improvement.
